In the framework of a comprehensive real estate analysis for the City of Münster (Northrhine-Westaflia) done by Cushman&Wakefield, Frankfurt, TCP International was asked to analyse service areas. This analysis aimed at calculating the number of inhabitants and the purchasing power levels for different service areas, and to illustrate and statistical analyse these numbers.
