Expert opinion on the present stage of road and mobility planning in the Canton of Thurgau, Switzerland. Main task conducted was a review of the actual traffic data and planning parameters in the Canton of Thurgau and a benchmarking with other Swiss cantons with special attention of the geographical location of the canton located between the Lake of Constance and the Alps. Findings let to a parliamentary request for an in-depth mobility study which was supported by all parties represented in the canton parliament.
