The city government of Warsaw was advised on their urban transport policy and strategy. This included among others an assessment of and annotations to the existing urban transport strategy and proposing alternative pricing options and additional means of public and private financing for Warsaw urban transport priority projects. Furthermore, city government and administration officials were trained in transport investment appraisal and project financing options.
