In the framework of a comprehensive real estate analysis for a shopping mall in the City of Rostock, implemented by Cushman&Wakefield, Frankfurt/Main, service areas with different travel time thresholds were analysed. This particular analysis aimed at calculating the number of inhabitants and the available purchasing power levels for different service areas, and to illustrate and statistically analyse these numbers.
