The World Bank supported technical assistance to five Uzbek pilot cities concerning the improvement of public bus transport systems with regard to the legal, institutional, operational and financial framework.The main task of Angelika Zwicky was to elaborate the financial framework with a special focus on introduction of Public Service Obligation Schemes and bus leasing options.
