The Jönköping International Business School, Sweden, commissioned TCP International to generatr travel time matrices for Germany and adjacent regions at NUTS-3 level. The matrices will be generated based upon the RRG GIS Database for different years (1995, 2000, 2005, and 2010), different modes (road, rail) and different means of transport (passenger and goods transport). The matrices will nbe used by the business school to analyse the relationship between economic development and improvements to the transport system.
