TCP International was commissioned by the Chair of International Economic Policy at the University of Trier (Prof. Dr. Xenia Matschke) to generate a truck travel time matrix for the year 2010 between all NUTS-2 regions of the European Union. In doing this TCP International utilized the RRG GIS Database as main data source. Inter alias, this database inlcudes trans-European transport networks for different years. The generated travel time matrix will be used in a reasearch project by the University of Trier to analyse international economic interrelations in Europe.
